At Medmark, we continually strive to serve you better. If you feel the need to submit a complaint, please be informed about our complaint’s submission process:

  1. To submit a complaint, firstly send us an email on or call us on 19247.
  2. Following the receipt of the complaint, Medmark will contact you to discuss the complaint further and clarify the time required by the insurance company to investigate and respond to your complaint.
  3. The complaint is then forwarded to the insurance company for investigation.
  4. By the end of the specified period, Medmark will inform you by telephone and in writing with the outcome of the complaint.

In the occasion that the final resolution for a complaint is not satisfactory, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) at

  • Medmark Insurance Brokerage is registered in the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority under number 26.
  • The website had obtained the approval of the Financial Regulatory Authority on 29/4/2020.
